“If you get the inside right, the outside will fall into place.”
Join Rae Helsel and Tarcy Rosario for a restorative practice with all the relaxing, intuitive hands-on assists (and all the props). Find a deeper sense of grounding and self-care as you move through a slow 90 minute flow with enough time in each posture to rebalance through breath, awareness, and touch (which invites fuller respiration at a cellular level). The live soundtrack of cello strings by Hans Joseph will take you deeper into meditation brain waves as we reset and recover healthy rhythms in our physical and emotional bodies.
Intention for this practice is to be an embodied meditation that creates relaxation “from the inside out" - balances the nervous system, relieves anxiety, and improves your body’s natural capacity to heal.
After practice, a flavorful tonic with adaptogens will be served for that extra splash of dreamy release!
