CELLO & CHILL: February 15th
CELLO & CHILL: double touch
February 15th, 12-1:30pm
Canyon Wren, Icicle Creek Center for the Arts
Leavenworth, WA
As winter settles in, the pace of nature slows and everything turns inward. The air gets quieter, the days ask less of us, and the body naturally longs for warmth, rest, and repair. This season invites us to soften, listen, and realign with the deeper rhythms that keep us steady — especially when life feels full.
Join Rae Helsel and Tarcy Rosario and Hans Joseph for a restorative practice designed to support the nervous system and replenish your energy through winter. This 90-minute class blends intuitive hands-on assists, generous props, and a slow, grounded flow — giving your system the space it needs to rebalance through breath, awareness, and touch, inviting fuller respiration at a cellular level.
Throughout the practice, the live soundtrack of meditative cello by Hans Joseph will guide you inward, helping you slip into calmer brain-wave states as we reweave the body’s natural rhythms — physical, emotional, and energetic.
A space to breathe, be held, and restore your reserves.
A space to soften.
And relax.
